Receptionist: Managing front-office duties, greeting clients and visitors, handling phone calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Office Management: Ensuring organizational efficiency, maintaining office supplies, and supporting internal communication.
Document Management: Managing records, filing documents, and ensuring compliance with data handling protocols.
Client Support: Assisting in client relations and providing support to legal teams for smooth operations.
