Inspection includes all visible damages in the property. A/c, electrical, mechanical, roof, leaks, scan the property with infrared camera, attic inspection, etc.
Wind Mitigation
Price: 150,00 Property over 3000sqft. Please ask price.
Inspection includes: Check protection for all openings in the property. Attic inspection. Includes building permits if they are available online.
Wind Mitigation and four point bundle $300,00
Four Point inspection
Price: 180,00 (Properties with more than 3000sqft please ask price).
Inspection includes required photos of a/c, roof, plumbing, water heater and electricity.
Post Claim Inspections.

Inspection includes photos of repairs after a claim.

Inspection includes evaluation of the existing roof. Estimate life expectancy of the roof.
