Office Hours
Office Hours are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 4:15 PM. Students must sign up for office hours the day before and will bring home a slip so that you know that your child is scheduled to stay. Students must be picked up promptly at 4:15 PM.
After School Protocol
Timely Pick-up: For office hours, all students must be picked up or out of the building by 4:15 PM. For all other activities (cheer, dance, and sports) all students must be picked up by 5:00 PM. If a student is not picked up by this time, they will be escorted outside of the building to wait for their ride unsupervised. It is important that parents ensure timely pick-up to avoid students waiting outside unsupervised.
By following these guidelines, we ensure that afterschool programming runs smoothly, with a safe and structured environment for students, staff, and parents.
**Note:** Non-compliance with this policy may result in students being removed from the afterschool program and activities.
Progress Reports
Progress Reports are sent home every Friday. Parents/Guardians must sign and return the progress report on Mondays.
Water Bottle Policy
Students may bring water bottles with water only. Flavoring packets (Kool-aid, Crystal Light, etc.) are not permitted.
Students also cannot have glass bottles for safety reasons.
