Request for Transcript/Fee Waiver - to be used ONLY by students who qualify for free/reduced lunch who wish to send a transcript or waive their college application fee

NACAC Fee Waiver (pdf) - to be used ONLY by students who qualify for free/reduced lunch who wish to waive their college application fee.  After submitting a Request for Fee Waiver, this pdf must be completed and emailed to laura.ungaro@hf233.org
