Cleaning Overview
The Dispenser offers three intuitive cleaning modes: Nozzle Cleaning, Tube and Sauce Box Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning.
Each cleaning function is designed to ensure easy maintenance of the Dispenser.
Nozzle cleaning removes any excess sauce that remains in the nozzles after dispensing. Select ‘Nozzle Cleaning’ from the cleaning menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
For optimal results when switching sauce types, clean the sauce tube, filter, and sauce box to prevent mixing and clear any blockages. Select 'Tube and Sauce Box Cleaning' from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
Conduct Deep Cleaning once a week for optimal Dispenser performance. If the Dispenser has been idle for over a week, deep cleaning restores original functions. Select 'Deep Cleaning' from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
Start by flushing the tubes. This step runs clean water through the dispenser tubes and nozzles, getting rid of any dried or excess sauce stuck inside.
We recommended performing tube sanitization steps to help keep the dispenser hygienic and ensure the sauce is always fresh. This step is particularly important when the Dispenser has not been used for over a week.
Tube drying simply draws any remaining water or sanitizer solution from sauce tubes and sauce boxes. Perform this step after flushing and sanitization.
For the final step, refill each sauce box with the correct sauce and place them back in the dispenser. Once they're refilled and fitted, put a box under the nozzles. The dispenser will draw a small amount of sauce from each box to make sure it's dispensing properly.
