Dear Krystal Comets and Parents:
We are proud to announce that we will be continuing the program that rewards students who are safe, respectful, and responsible. It is called the “Comet Club 360.” In case you are wondering, the ‘360’ is related to math, as it is the amount of degrees in a circle. The thinking behind this is that students who participate are “all-around” great kids. In the “Comet Club 360,” students will be collecting laminated tags. Multiple times per year, students will receive a laminated tag if they meet the following guidelines:
Not only do the students receive a cool laminated tag, the child will also get to participate in a special activity on designated “Comet Club 360” days. These activities will only be for those that have received the tag by being safe, respectful, and responsible. Some of the possible activities for the “Comet Club 360” days are listed below:
* Academic game time
* Arts and crafts
* Special assemblies
* Rated G movie
* Outside P.E. games
* Special treats
Fortunately, a student has a “fresh start” after each round is over. This means that even if your child doesn’t make it on one round continue to encourage your child to do their best. We hope to see every child succeed.
