Natural resources and war

When people think there is no way to share natural resources war erupts. Leaders may try to keep people happy by lowering the prices of some natural resources. To end conflict, some businesses may stop buying natural resources that money will go to fuel war. Also normal people may stop buying natural resources that fuel war.
