Heidi Wills was born near an ocean to parents who have been born near the ocean, yet she finds herself trapped in the desert. Some may ask why she doesn't try to escape. Well, Arizona has one of the best Renaissance Festivals in the world. It also has two of her siblings and a third of her nieces and Nephews. Plus, it has the awesome Heritage Academy.

Prof. Wills attended Weber State for her undergraduate degree, receiving a Bachelor's of Science in History, with a minor in Criminal Justice. That was after spending two years as a theater major. She was also close to enough credits for a minor in English and/or Cultural Anthropology. She went on to get a Masters of Arts in Education from Arizona State University, as well as a Masters of Arts in History from National University.

She worked at Tolleson Union High School for six years, teaching World History and English Language Arts. She has been at Heritage for over a year now, teaching Dual Enrollment World History and DE U.S. Honors History.

This past Summer she finally figured out how to do a Dragon Scale Weave, which has been a goal of hers since she began Chainmailling.
