About Mrs. Brown

I joined Heritage Gateway's team in 2019 to teach swim classes and coach the competitive swim team. I have been teaching and coaching various swim programs in Gilbert and Mesa since 2011 and am excited to be continuing my coaching with the Gateway Heroes!

Swimming offers many lifelong health benefits and I am proud to be back at Heritage to share my love for the sport for both new swimmers and returning competitive athletes!

I have a degree in Art Education from Northern Arizona University and strongly believe that through the arts, students can develop critical thinking skills and discover new ways to share empowering messages. I will be teaching online sections of art education that will allow scholars to participate in meaningful projects from home as well as an informative virtual curriculum.

The arts and athletics that our campus offers scholars provide a truly enriching junior high and high school experience!
