As you probably know on the 22 February for years 4, 5 & 6 a famous author came to school called Tolà Okogwu for a day. She is from Nigeria and taught us tactics to become an author. When you are reading a book you are normally looking into a mirror or window.When you are looking in a mirror you see yourself but when you look into mirors you see yourself but when you look into windows you see someone else's life and see their adventures.

Danielle Brown-an Paralimpian gold medalist-has became an author publishing her first book ''Run Like a Girl" which is about Female athletes that play all sorts of sports like Football, Cricket, Handball, Tennis and so much more!
Danielle came to our school on the 11th March 2024 and shared her experiances growing up. Through her paralimpic experiances and being the first woman with a disbillty to win a able tournament in the 2022 Commonwealth games.
Danielle Brown MBE (born 10 April 1988) is a British competitive archer and an award winning children's author. She has competed in the Paralympic Games, winning gold medals in Beijing and London, and has also won medals shooting in the able-bodied category, including at the Commonwealth Games.
