Mrs. Miller’s Fourth Grade Supply List

You can bring everything to Meet the Teacher Day! 

Personal Supply List:

• Chromebook, Chromebook charger, and protective case! 

• $55 Classroom fee 

• NIV Bible

• 1 framed family photo

• 1 set of multiplication flashcards

• 1 Composition Book (80-sheet, wide-ruled, any of these colors–red, yellow, blue, or black)

• A 5-quart plastic shoe box and lid with the following supplies Inside

 (decorate it and write their name on it)

*****All supplies need to be able to fit in the box with the lid on it. If it doesn’t fit, please leave it at home. Toys are NOT allowed in the classroom. Expert art pens/markers are not to be brought in, unless given permission for a project, and will be asked to be taken home afterward.

• Ticonderoga Pre-Sharpened Pencils

• Crayola Crayons– not the twistables, please. 

• Crayola Markers (thick and thin)

• Crayola Colored Pencils

• Scissors

• Ruler (inch/metric)

• Erasers (pencil top and rectangular ones)

• Personal pencil sharpener– not the electric ones, please. 

• 2-3 glue sticks 

• 1 glue bottle 

• Highlighters

• Watercolor Set

• Personal Whiteboard Kit 

• Whiteboard

• A zipper pouch with 2 markers (any color) and a whiteboard eraser

• A 3-ring, 2-inch binder with interior pockets

  • Inside, please put a packet of notebook paper. 

  • 1-subject spiral notebook -Labeled Math Journal

  • 1-subject spiral notebook -Labeled Writing Journal

Keep these folders separate: 

• 1 Red Flexible Plastic Folder 

• Label it: Catch Up Folder and the student’s name

• 1 Purple Flexible Plastic Folder

• Label it: Purple Folder and the student’s name

• 1 Yellow Flexible Plastic Folder

  • Do not label this one

Classroom Community Supplies: (These do not need to be labeled)

• 2 packs of Clorox wipes

• 2 packs of tissues

• Package of black sharpies (thin)

• 1 pack of #2 Ticonderoga pencils for the class

• 1 package of band aids 

$40 Transportation Fee will be added to your existing FACTS account.

*Please put the child’s name or initials on their supplies, including individual utensils (yes, it stinks, but it is very helpful down the road).

** No toys, fancy art supplies, or sports equipment allowed at school without teacher and parent approval. 

Additional Items:

A labeled reusable water bottle (one that doesn't sweat)

**Dietary Restrictions: You may bring in acceptable snacks for party days. I can keep them safe in the classroom and distribute when needed.
