Where every voice has a role and every role has a purpose."
To build confidence, creativity, collaboration, and community through theatre education and performance.
Welcome! I'm Mrs. Stroud, and I am so proud to serve as the director of Woodland High School's Theatre Arts program, home of Pack Productions. I earned my B.A. in Visual and Performing Arts with a concentration in Theatre and a minor in Mass Communications from Albany State University in Albany, Georgia. My background includes acting, teaching, and working in media—giving me a well-rounded perspective on the power of storytelling.
Before stepping into education full-time, I worked in the entertainment industry doing background acting for major productions including Tyler Perry Studios shows, Netflix movies, and more. I’ve also worked with students in early childhood education, which helped shape my love for teaching and mentoring young minds.
I’m a wife and mother, and I bring that same sense of care and high expectations into my classroom and productions. I believe theatre is more than just performing—it’s about building confidence, teamwork, discipline, and self-expression. Whether students are acting on stage, working behind the scenes, or exploring new skills in class, I strive to create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and encouraged to grow.
I’m excited for all that this school year holds, and I can’t wait to help students discover the magic of theatre!
