JLG Digital is a subscription service for books (kind of like Netflix). New books will rotate through each month. Books are available for 90 days and it's clearly marked how much time is left. You can read them on any internet enabled device or through the iphone app (no android app at this time).
No personal account sign in needed. Just click the link above and scroll down to view avaialbe books.
Gale Ebooks are online nonfiction and reference books that belong to the WHS media center.

Audible is currently sharing a collection of audiobooks for free. No account is needed.
You can search all books here. If the book is out of copyright, or if Google has permission, you'll be able to see a preview of the book, and in some cases the entire text. If it's in the public domain, you're free to download a PDF copy.
