Welcome to our 4th and 5th grade class! I'm so excited to teach math, science, and social studies to both 4th and 5th graders this year! It's going to be a year of discovery, a year of exploration, and a year of celebrations!

About me
My name is Brandi Kotsalis and I have been teaching for 15 years. I have my bachelor's degree from Macon State College in elementary education/special needs education. I have my master's degree from Walden University in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. I also have my certifications in gifted education and math education.
I look forward to a great year, working together to help your child be as successful as possible. Please contact me if I can help in any way.
Partner Teaching
Mr. Cabbell and I are partner teachers this year. I'm super excited to work with him. What does this mean for your child? It means that your child will learn math, science, and social studies from me and go to Mr. Cabbell's class for ELA (reading, grammar, writing). Why? Everybody has a strength or passion. I love math! Mr. Cabbell loves writing! When we get to teach our strengths, your child benefits!
