Ms. Toni O'Dell

About Me

Welcome! My name is Toni O'Dell, and I love Oakland Elementary. I am dedicated to creating an engaging, inclusive, and challenging learning environment where every student feels supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

My career in early childhood education began with seven wonderful years at Head Start, where I developed a deep passion for building strong foundational skills and supporting families. I first joined our school community in 2013 and, after spending two years gaining valuable experience in a neighboring school district, I proudly returned home to our school in 2019. I am dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging environment where every student feels valued and excited to learn each day. 

Beyond the Classroom

When I’m not in the classroom, you will usually find me spending time outdoors. I am an avid gardener and a passionate reader who always has a book within reach. I love bringing my appreciation for nature, great stories, and continuous learning into our daily classroom adventures!
