Over the course of my career, I’ve taught Physics,
Chemistry, and Biology—and this year I’m excited to teach Environmental Science as well.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry, followed by a Master’s degree in Chemistry. I also completed a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychotherapy,in which I achieved 5th rank, strengthening my ability to support students’ academic and emotional needs. In addition, I have completed an Exceptional Child Course from North Georgia.
I am currently pursuing my Gifted Endorsement in the state of Georgia to better support advanced learners in the classroom.
I am a dedicated, student-centered educator with 18 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background in Biology and Chemistry. With advanced training in counseling and psychotherapy, I strive to support the whole child—academically, emotionally, and socially. I am committed to creating an engaging, structured, and supportive learning environment where all students can succeed. Over the years, I have trained students for various quiz competitions and interschool science model-making competitions, and have actively contributed to school life through the Eco Club, Cubs, and Bulbuls programs. My ongoing training in exceptional education and gifted endorsement further strengthens my ability to meet the diverse needs of learners and promote meaningful academic growth for every student.
As a passionate educator, I’ve guided students in developing hands-on science models for interschool and college contests, and I absolutely love it! Outside the classroom, I serve as a volunteer leader in my church community organizing outreach events. My hobbies include-pot painting, cloth painting, embroidery and singing in choir. I enjoy long drives to beaches or hillsides to soak in nature’s beauty.
