I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in Miami, FL, and I previously served as a law enforcement officer in Florida. After my career in criminal justice, I transitioned to education, earning certifications in Elementary Education (all subjects) and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) in both Florida and Georgia. I also hold endorsements in ESOL and Gifted Education. Since 2013, I’ve had the joy of teaching students across grades K–8, fostering a love for learning in every classroom.
In July 2020, my family and I relocated from Florida to Georgia. I’m a proud wife, mother of six, and grandmother of 22—family is at the heart of everything I do. Teaching isn’t just my profession; it’s my passion. I’m excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to embark on this learning journey with my students. Thank you for entrusting me with the opportunity to teach and inspire your child!
Here’s to a wonderful year of growth, discovery, and joy in learning!
