This handbook and contract protect all of us by laying out the expectations for everyone. This contract at the end of the handbook must be signed and returned before the 1st rehearsal.

Once you and your child have signed the contract, turn it in to me, and I will get it it signed by the Principal. Once Mrs. Grubbs has signed the contract, I will keep the original and make a copy for you and your scholar.

All money is due no later than by October 15th . Payments can be made with cash, check (include student name, phone number, and address), or money order. Electronic Payments can be made through MySchoolBucks. A receipt will be issued once payment is received.
Please contact Mrs. Forehand to discuss any hardships. We don't want anyone to miss out due to finances.
