About Ms. Briggs

Hi Briggs Bunch!

My name is Erin Briggs and I have been teaching for 17years. I have a B.S. Degree in Health Care Management and a B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education, both from Austin Peay State University. I also have my Master's Degree in Special Education from Western Governors University. I also have my gifted endorsement, reading endorsement and Dyslexia endorsement.

I love my family! We have two boys, Justin and Parker. Justin and my daughter in law live in Oakland, California and is currently an air traffic controller in Oakland, California. Parker will be a senior at UGHS, (the days are long, but the years are so short). I also have a step-daughter who recently graduated from SCAD.

One of my favorite things to do is to go offshore fishing in our boat!! We love the ocean and we try to go as much as possible!

I love teaching! I promise to always strive to meet your child's individual needs academically and emotionally. I truly believe it takes working together and I look forward to watching your child grow this year!
