For more that 18 years, I have have the privilege of working as a Speech Language Pathoogist, and I can honestly say that it is more than just a career to me, it is a passion. Every day I am reminded of why I chose this profession and how meaningful it is to make a difference in the live of others.

Over the years, I have celebrated countless milestones with students and families that i have served. A first word, a successful conversation, improved confidence, or simply seeing someone realize that they are capable of more than they thought possible - these moments continue to inspire me. They remind me that even the smallest accomplishments can have a tremendous impact on the life of a student.

After more than18 years of working in this profession (in the states of Georgia, Texas and Tennessee), my love for speech language pathology has only grown stronger. I am grateful for the many relationships that I have built and the many lessons that I have learned along the way. The opportunity to serve a a Speech Language Pathologist has allowed me to combine my knowledge, compassion, and dedication in a way that feels deeply purposeful. 

And after all these years, that still means everything to me.
