You would be a GREAT applicant for our program if you meet the following criteria:

• You are a current 8th grader and will attend Varina High School as a 9th grader.
• You are a motivated, dedicated, and hard-working student!
• You work diligently to seek answers and ask questions.
• You pass your SOL tests with ease.
• You complete your homework.
• You know college is in your future.
• You currently take or have a desire to take honors/AP courses.
• You could benefit from having a teacher mentor you through your four years at Varina.
