Summer 2025 Longwood Dual Enrollment Flyer
Who: Rising 9-12th grade students
(For rising 9th-12th graders, who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have completed at least the level of Algebra I.)
Summer Session June 23 – July 26, 2025
*This dual-enrollment course is completely online and students may work ahead, however must complete all assignments by posted deadlines.
Registration: will open March 17th and will close on June 6th, 2025
Tuition: $50 for HCPS students

Registration Window: February 26—June 4, 2025
Instruction: June 3—July 11, 2025
Summer Cohort 2 -
Registration Window: February 26—June 18, 2025
Instruction: June 17—July 25, 2025
Enrollment Fee: $375 per person, per course.
Enrollment fees must be paid at the time of course registration and must be made using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. If a student’s summer session enrollment fee is not paid by noon on the individual cohort start date, the student will be administratively withdrawn from the course(s) by Virtual Virginia.

Who: Self-motivated and task-driven students in rising 8th grade who are driven to spend 4-6 hours per day working online may register to take one of the following courses for acceleration (offered during summer cohort 2):

Health & PE 9 (not driver's education) - (this is not an NCAA-approved course)
Summer Cohort 2:
