Fall tryout information: Wednesday August 26 FOOTBALL ONLY 3:30-5:30. All other sports Thursday August 27 3:30-5:30

​

Every athlete must have the following documents turned in to Mr. Sadowski (E-31) before the first day of tryouts. A packet is available in the front office.

• Physical Form 

• Student-Athlete Concussion Policy

• Rules and Regulations

The following forms will be given to each athlete to fill out once they have made the team.

• Students Activities Contract

• Student Athlete Heat-Related Illness Policy

• Student Athlete Sudden Cardiac Arrest Policy

• Emergency Card

Eligibility:  In order to try out for a Spring sport, the athlete must have been promoted to the next grade level and not turn 15 before August 1. They must have passed ALL core classes
