Fall FAQ

Yearbook pictures - Strawbridge will be doing portraits by appointment on August 30th and 31st in the auxiliary gym. You can sign up here. Formal portraits will also be done during the school day in the fall. That day is to be determined.

The Senior fee is listed under your student fees. It is 60$. That fee includes your cap and gown/ graduation. Fees can be paid through the online payment system. This can be found on the Henrico County webpage under "Online services." https://henricoschools.us/online-services/ - scroll down to the "make a payment section."

Have I paid my Senior Fee? 1. Go to https://osp.osmsinc.com/HenricoVA/ . 2. Click on “my account orders.” The icon is at top right. 3. Log in and all of your past payments will pop up.

What should you wear for yearbook pictures? All senior portraits are done in Tuxes or Drapes, provided by Strawbridge. Gentleman, when you get your photo taken please remember to bring an undershirt, ladies should wear a top that doesn't show under the drape.

Cap and Gown distribution: Use this form to provide your measurements for the Cap and Gown. We'd like to have this information by August 9th so that you can get the best fitting cap and gown possible for convocation.

What regalia can I wear to Graduation? The only items allowed as part of what you are wearing are the items explained in the program at this link: Ex- ROTC is acknowledged through red and gold cords, pins and anything else not on this document should not be wore to graduation.
