Attention Seniors! Planning for your Class of 2022 Baccalaureate Ceremony is underway, and we need 2 minutes of your time to plan a great event! Please fill out this quick survey to help us gauge attendance and participation interest:

GAHS Class of 2022 Graduation date and time: Tuesday, June 14th at 7PM. Location = TBD (we will share as soon as we have information)

Announcement: Senior T-Shirts are available to anyone who has paid their senior fees. If you have not picked up your t-shirt please see Mrs. Wiedenhoft.

Attention GAES Alumni - Get you legacy brick to celebrate your time at Glen Allen Elementary School! There are so many ways you can celebrate yourself! The only limits are 3 lines, and 18 characters per line (including spaces)

Cap and Gown Pick-Up and Ordering Graduation Announcements

Herff Jones will be at GAHS during the following dates/times. During these times students will be able to pick-up their caps/gowns and order their graduation announcements and other senior memorabilia

Tuesday, October 5th from 4:00-6:00PM (Parents/Guardians and Students)

Wednesday, October 6th from 4:00-6:00PM (Parents/Guardians and Students)

Thursday, October 7th during lunches (Students only)

Friday, October 8th during lunches (Students only)

Convocation is Wednesday, October 13th

The ceremony will occur at 10AM. It be in-person for students and streamed live for our families.

Families can opt to attend a reception in the evening to take pictures and celebrate our seniors.

Senior Dues

Trying to pay your senior dues? Log in to our HCPS Online System (link below). Be sure to click the link that says "please click here" to sign in and see your specific account (see picture to the left)

The Class of 2022 fee should be listed once your log in.

SENIOR COLLEGE VISIT PRE-APPROVAL FORM

College Visit Approval Form

Seniors, are you taking a college visit? Remember to complete this form so your absence is excused. Students must submit proof of their visit to our attendance secretary, Ms. Myers upon returning to school.

Print this college visit form, complete the information, and return to Mrs. Wiedenhoft one week prior to your visit.

GREAT NEWS! Some Senior Privileges start NOW:

We want to make this year as special for you as possible.

Beginning the first day of school, seniors will be dismissed at 3:50PM (5 mins prior to the rest of our school).

Also, beginning Monday, September 13th, seniors will be able to sign-up to sit in the senior courtyard during lunch. A sign-up is required due to COVID-19 safety protocols.

At Convocation, we will share other senior privileges that will go into effect for you all!

Senior Portraits

UPDATED: Seniors will have the opportunity to take their senior portrait, the picture used in our yearbook, on the following dates:

Thursday, Sept. 30^th

Friday, Oct. 1st

Thursday, Oct. 28^th

Seniors, please click this link to find your scheduled photo time. Please arrive at the GA auditorium at your appointed time and Strawbridge photographers will provide a drape or tux for the portrait.

Two seniors will have a portrait taken every five minutes.

If you are having your senior portrait taken with a photographer outside of GAHS, please let Mrs. McLamb (mhmclamb@henrico.k12.va.us) know as soon as possible.

If your name is not listed AND you are in need of a senior portrait, please stop by room 309 and speak to Mrs. McLamb.
