CURRENT STUDENTS
Freeman High School uses the Parchment Exchange credentialing system for transcript requests and sending for our seniors. Students will be able to request their transcripts to be sent to colleges, universities, scholarship organizations and recruiters via the Parchment Exchange system.
ORDER all transcripts through Parchment (even after you graduate)
Students have received periodic emails to their HCPS email to create a Parchment account with their individual registration link/code. If you cannot find this email, please email your school counselor to request it be sent again.
When creating your account, use a personal email address, NOT HCPS. School email accounts are deleted after graduation and you will no longer have access to your account.
GRADUATES
Immediately upon graduation or withdrawal, the record request will be handled by the Office of Records Management. Schools cannot process graduate transcripts.
All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Fax requests will no longer be accepted.
· Students records graduation year 2016 and earlier use Scribbles
· Student records graduation year 2017 and beyond use Parchment
· Charges will apply when ordering student records for alumni.
· Current June graduates are able to order transcripts from their last school of attendance at no charge until July 31. After that date, you will be charged as an alumni.
· Please allow 10 business days to process student record orders.
· Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM). During the summer, normal business days are Monday through Thursday.
