What happens after I submit and order form?
Can I make changes to my existing order after I recieve a quote?
Our system cannot accommodate changes to processed orders. Please cancel and resubmit a new order for a revised quote.
Each quote we provide is personalized specifically for you, ensuring its uniqueness to meet your individual needs. If you receive a quote that does not align with your budget, do not worry! Simply reply to the email you received, and we will cancel the order for you.

If you are satisfied with your quote, please inform us so we can proceed with production. A quote with no response after 30 days will be considered rejected, and the order will be canceled.
I recieved notice that my organization is temporarily suspended from ordering? What does this mean and what can I do?
Commencing in the 24-25 fiscal year, we have implemented new procedures to address the issue of outstanding account balances.
Once an order is fulfilled and in transit, an invoice will be generated and sent to the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure prompt payment within 30 days through their organization's purchasing and payment channels.
Any organization with overdue accounts exceeding 30 days will have temporary restrictions placed on new printing orders until accounts are brought current.
We understand that various factors may contribute to payment delays, such as organizational changes, relocation, or lack of familiarity with internal processes. For this reason, effective immediately, an identified 'accounts payable' individual from your organization will be required for each order before processing new quotes.
If you have received a organizational ordering suspension notice after placing an order, please have your accounts payable clerk contact Jackie Marolla promptly to reconcile any outstanding balances. After reconciliation, your order will be reactivated. Thank you for your cooperation.
