Voicing intent on harming themself or others
Displaying psychotic symptoms(hearing/seeing/responding to voices/images/sensations others don't see, disorganized thoughts)
Being unable to care for themselves putting them at risk for serious harm.
Putting themselves in risky situations that may cause harm.
