This is a PDF of the 2021-2022 Cadet Band Handbook. Please read through this carefully. There is a link on the last page (below the calendar) that takes you to a Google Form for parents/guardians to fill out.
School Instrument Rental Form
This is a PDF of our contract for renting a school owned instrument. Anyone wishing to use a NMS owned instrument will need to fill this out and pay the $50 fee associated with instrument rentals. A payment plan can be setup for this fee if necessary. If you need this printed and sent home with your student, please let me know. My email address is john.woods@henderson.kyschools.us
