We utilize the Instateam App for team communications. The app allows for free, safe, and secure multi-directional communications between coaches, players, and parents. As an added benefit, all Hemlock HS sports programs use the same platform. Get started following the directions below:

• Go to the App Store or the Google Play Store and download the Instateam App

• Enter your personal information

• Join the Football Team with the following info:
