Senior College and Financial Aid Application Resources

This page was created as a resource for seniors and their families to help with the college and financial aid application process.

Mrs. Arave will be running UC and CSU application workshops through the month of November.

She will also help with the Common Applciation as well as private school applications for those that need assistance.

Please have the following with you before you start your applications

  • Social Security Number

  • Citizenship Status

  • Your Parent's Citizenship Status

  • Parent's Annual Income

  • California Statewide Student ID (printed on the bottom left corner of your transcript)

  • Unofficial high school and college transcripts

  • AP Test Scores

  • A method of payment for the application fee if you do not qualify for a fee waiver


WCA now uses Parchment to send transcripts electronically to colleges. Please use the link above to create your free parchment account. Once you create you account you can request your trancscripts be sent to colleges.

Launch Your CSU Application Through your CaliforniaColleges.edu Account!

  • Log into your Californiacolleges.edu account

    • Hover on College

    • Click on the CSU Appliction under Apply To College

      • You will be taken the the CSU Application to create your account

        • When prompted, link your accounts

  • Your courses will migrate from your WCA transcript into the CSU application saving you time and the possibility of error.

  • You will still need to enter all your college courses under the college course section of the application

California Dream Act

The California Dream Act Application allows undocumented students enrolled in eligible California Colleges, Universities and Career Education Programs to apply for state financial aid. This application is unrelated to the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
