Log in to your californiacolleges.edu account with your HUSD Gmail
Hover over College at the top of the page
Click on the CCC Application under Apply To College
Choose the college you wish to apply to
You will be taken to the CCC Apply website to create your account

The Promise Program helps first time college students remove barriers to pursuing their degree by covering the cost of education for two years!
If you get into the program you will receive:
Free Tuition
Priority Registration
Support for Textbook Cost
Supported Community and Services
Are you eligible?
Most of you are! You must:
Graduated from a California High School
Be a first-time college student
Be a California Resident or eligible AB540 student
Complete the Promise Eligibility Checklist, view the video, and submit the Promise Application.
Secure your Summer Experience ticket via Eventbrite and attend one Summer Experience session (4-day session).
Sign the Promise Agreement. Enrollment is not complete until the Promise Agreement is signed.
Enroll full-time: 12+ units in Fall/Spring, 3 units in Winter/Summer.
Check your RCC student email regularly for program updates.
Make sure you do the following every year to keep your status:
Maintain a 2.5 GPA
Attend the 4-day Summer Experience prior to Fall term & update your student education plan with your counselor each Fall term
Apply for FAFSA annually by March
Complete 30 units per year
Complete two Promise-approved activties during the Fall and Spring Semesters
