School Counselor
Hello, I am Mrs. Milbauer. I have been with Hemet Unified for the 20 years as a school counselor. Before Hemet Unified, I worked at San Diego Unified school district. I am married and have three children and four furry ones.
As a counselor, I like to work with students and families and explore different academic options. I believe that it is crucial to work in collaboration with families and school staff to support students with their individual academic needs.
Also as a student advisor, I provide students with the level support that allows them to reach their academic goals.
It's always a very gratifying moment to see students walk across the stage at the end of their high school journey and be able to celebrate their accomplishments!
School Counselor
Hi! I am Mrs. Glass and I am one of the school counselors at Academy of Innovation. This school year I work with students in grades 9-12.
I grew up here in Hemet and attended Whittier Elementary school, Acacia Middle School, and graduated from West Valley High School. I began college at Mount San Jacinto Community College and completed my Masters of Arts in Educational Counseling at Azusa Pacific University.
I knew as soon as I graduated from high school I wanted to be a school counselor and work with students in my community to help them set and achieve their goals.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Hello Students and Families!! I am Mrs. Mendoza and I have the pleasure of being your Tier 2 School Counselor. My objective this year is to build trust and open communication with not only my students, but their families as well.
It is important all students know they are valuable and unique individuals and have the potential to succeed in anything they put their minds to. I am dedicated to helping your students exceed their own expectations and assist them on an academic level.
What I love most about being a School Counselor is seeing each student discover their own identity. I get to be a part of that process and watch them grow into young adults.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me and I look forward to working with all of you and getting to know your students!
