The Hemel Hempstead School, located in Hertfordshire, has announced that a new building will be built within the school premises. The building will not be large in size, however, it will be able to fit a minimum of two classes at a time. The building will consist of both science and music. According to our sources, the science labs will be upstairs in the building, and the music instruments and practice rooms will be downstairs.
All buildings in the school are constantly under development, to create an environment fit for learning and for change. The school has been under construction and have been doing changes for the past 5 years. For example; the 3G pitch and the new drama block. The school has clear plans for the future to achieve and sustain the standard of the curriculum. We are not sure when the change will happen but we know that it has been confirmed.
The current music department is at the lower end of the school, near the bottom of the field. Heath Barn has been a part of the Hemel Hempstead community since the 20th century. Its Tudor, beautiful and appealing outlook doesn’t disguise the inside. The inside is rich with history and the beams enrich the students and help them gain an interest in History as well as music.
