My name is Mrs. Skelton, and I am so excited to have your child in my class this year! This is my fifth year at Hughes-Elizabeth Lakes Union School District, and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful school community.

Over the past several years, I've had the opportunity to teach both elementary and middle school, co-teach Pre-Algebra and Algebra I, and support students through math and ELA intervention. I love helping students build confidence, discover their strengths, and realize that everyone can be successful in math with effort and perseverance.

I live in Lake Elizabeth with my husband, our three children, and our three cats. My children all attend HELUS, and our family enjoys spending time together reading, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

I'm looking forward to getting to know each of my students and partnering with you to make this a fun, challenging, and successful school year. Thank you for trusting me with your child's education—I can't wait for a great year together!
