Helping You Handle Life's Chaos...
Vanessa | Help My Mess!
My journey toward organizing began long before I knew it would become my career. As a child, I loved rearranging my bedroom, constantly seeking the perfect layout. However, my official start came in 2008 when I enrolled in an online Interior Design course. In early 2009, life took a turn when I welcomed my fourth child into a home that suddenly felt much smaller (and without a fifth bedroom). I quickly realized that interior design, for me, was less about aesthetics and more about functionality and organization. This realization led me to pursue training in professional organizing and join the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO).
After a few years of helping people reclaim their spaces, one client shifted my perspective in an unexpected way; I had worked tirelessly to get her home in order, only to discover that she immediately listed it for sale, and it sold almost instantly. Inspired by the idea of aligning clients with homes they loved, and what appeared to have less work involved, I decided to explore real estate and became a REALTOR®.
While real estate allowed me to stage homes and guide clients through the process of preparing their spaces to sell quickly and profitably, the demanding schedule took a toll on my family life. With four young children at home, I was missing moments I could never get back, and they were missing me. After much soul-searching, I chose to step away from real estate to focus on raising my family.
During that time, I continued organizing with varying levels of commitment. I even launched what would now be called an "affiliate program" with an online company selling organizing products, under the name "OrganizeIt". As my children grew and my life evolved, so did my understanding of what organizing truly means.
Today, I don’t just help people organize their spaces, I empower them to take control of their lives, no matter what “mess” they’re facing. In 2019, I earned my first coaching certification in "Happiness Life Coaching" and by 2020, I became a certified "Master Life Coach" and "Life Purpose Coach".

When life gets messy, think of me!
For the someone who needs calm, compassion, and care. This is a soft landing with a warm energy.
A space where you’re met with patience, gentle guidance, and the kind of affirmations that remind you, you’re doing better than you think. Perfect for sensitive seasons, big transitions, or when you're rebuilding.
“I’m proud of you. Let’s take this one step at a time.”
For someone who thrives on momentum and motivation and wants someone to cheering them on each step of the way.
Upbeat. Positive. Encouraging with a side of sparkle. This style feels like having a best friend giving the momentum you and keeping you focused, especially when you’re on a roll but need someone to help keep the fire going.
“You’ve got this. Let’s make it happen.”
For someone who needs accountability, structure, and results... starting now!
No fluff, just facts. This approach is direct, focused, and for those who know what needs to happen, but haven’t made it happen yet. If you need a push, a plan, and a no-excuses tone, this is the one.
“Here’s what happens if you don’t do this... and here’s how we fix it.”
No matter your style, the goal is the same: to get your space, your habits, and your mindset aligned with the life you want to live.
