System Navigators at the Iowa Primary Care Association offer free connection to support and resources for mental health, housing, food insecurity, addiction, alcohol use, gambling, transportation, and other social factors that impact health and well-being. Call Your Life Iowa at 855-581-8111 to connect with a System Navigator.

Elevate Mobile Crisis Response-
Elevate Mobile Crisis Response provides 24/7 onsite and in-person interventions to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
This program provides:
- Crisis observation services
- At-home crisis care
Individuals can call or text Elevate partners at Your Life Iowa and they will dispatch the mobile crisis responders directly to your location.
Their services are covered by most insurances. There is no cost for no insurance, and they will not turn anyone away.
211 Iowa -
211 Iowa is a free, comprehensive information and referral system.
211 Iowa is a one-stop source of information for people in need of assistance. When you reach out to 211, they assess your situation and then utilize an extensive, up-to-date database to find the best resource(s) to meet your needs.
They act as a single point of contact for thousands of health and human service programs, community services, disaster services and governmental programs.

NEICAC operates a Crisis Assistance Program to assist eligible individuals and families with limited resources in need of help with:
Utilities disconnected or in jeopardy of disconnection
Past due rent or mortgage
Emergency medical and/or dental services
Costs to engage in Mental Health services
Transportation
Vehicle Repairs
Eligibility for our Crisis Assistance program requires household income verification. Current eligibility guidelines are set at 200% or below of the Federal Poverty Level. Domestic Abuse Resource Center-
Advocates at the Domestic Abuse Resource Center are available 24/7 to provide supportive, inclusive, survivor-centered services to survivors of domestic violence in Northeast Iowa. Their trained advocates offer comprehensive support, including personalized safety planning, crisis counseling, court and medical advocacy, and assistance with housing and other essential resources.
Quitline Iowa-
Quitline Iowa is a free, confidential program that helps any Iowans (ages 12+) quit tobacco and nicotine — including cigarettes, vaping, chew, and other nicotine products.
