Welcome to 7th and 8th grade Physical Education. Physical education classes here at Hellgate are skills based and tailored to each student regardless of skill level. We play many traditional sports and a few that are special to our school including Native American games and wheeled units. During your semester of Physical education we also implement a 4 week Health curriculum.

Strength and Conditioning will be an integral part of Physical Education, where we will be completing a wide variety of workouts ranging from Strength Training with weights and suspension trainers to cardiovascular endurance runs and relays.
