Grading Policy

Timely submission of assignments is important for staying on track and making the most of your learning. Here’s how grading works in our classroom:

• On-Time Work: Assignments turned in on or before the due date are eligible for full credit.
  
  

• Late Work:
  
  

  • Up to 2 Days Late: Maximum possible grade is 80%.
    
    

  • More than 2 Days Late: Maximum possible grade is 70%.
    
    

• End-of-Quarter Deadline: All late work must be submitted by the end of the quarter to receive credit.
  
  

• Communication Matters: If you communicate with me ahead of time or let me know about any challenges with an assignment, you may still be eligible for full credit—even if the work is late.
