Welcome to Art
Hello, I am Ms. Criswell. I graduated from the University of Montana-Missoula. I have been teaching at Hellgate for many years.
My husband, daughter and I spend as much time outside fishing, hiking, camping and rafting, as we can.

In 7th and 8th Grade Art, we will focus on the elements and principles of art and design. We will use these building blocks of art in weekly projects.
Each week we will have an artist/artists to study and practice techniques of a certain medium (watercolor, acrylic paint, pen and ink, clay, plaster, etc.). Then use what we have studied in a final art project.
Student grades are based on effort, participation and use of elements/principles in their art.
