Arms Wide Open, a non profit production company run by Chris Rubio, partnering for the third year with La Mesa Arts Academy of the La Mesa-Spring Valley School Distrct and Helix Charter High School for this year’s production of “Little Mermaid, Jr. “. This collaboration includes an inclusive environment of both students with special needs and peer helpers from the respective schools.
