Individualized CLT Support

There are two levels of support available to CLTs and departments at Helix provided by Dan McDowell, Helix Professional Development TOSA. Email Dan if interested.

Consultation: Work with the CLT lead or whole CLT to identify potential priorities or future activities. CLTs then proceed on their own.
- Time Involved: One or more Friday CLT meeting times.
Workshop Facilitation: Work with the whole CLT on one or more of the topics represented on the CLT Protocols and Guide document OR a customized topic. Dan will build the agenda with the CLT Lead.
- Time Involved: One or more release or summer days
