Mission

The Helix Charter High School Teacher Induction Program empowers new teachers to grow as reflective, student-centered practitioners. Through personalized mentoring, research-based cycles of inquiry, and a focus on equity, candidates develop the knowledge, skills, and professional habits needed to create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments for all students.
