TIES is working with Elmira Heights Central School District to promote the participation of students and young adults who have developmental disabilities in inclusive, organized extracurricular and community activities with the support of trained student volunteers. TIES is a program of Starbridge, funded by Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Regional Office and Western NY Developmental Disabilities Regional Office. Starbridge and Elmira Heights Central School District partners with people who have disabilities, their families, and others who support them, to realize fulfilling possibilities in education, employment, health, and community living.
