Hebron Cricket Cup – 2023

1.  The Hebron Cricket Cup - 2023 will be a league cum knock-out tournament.

2.  The Tournament will be held from the 5th of December to 18th of December.

3.  The tournament will be a T20 tournament. Registration charges per school for the tournament will be 1900/- (Nineteen Hundred Only).

4.  Students of Class 12 and below are eligible to participate in the tournament. The students should be currently enrolled as full time student. The schools will have to provide a copy of the School ID card along with Date of Birth Certificate of the student with photo attested by the Principal of the school.

5. Teams should report 30 minutes prior to proposed match timing. Each team should always be accompanied for every match by their respective coaches and mangers which should be declared and notified at the team meeting.

6. The teams will be provided with a full set of Jersey for all the fifteen players of the team. The jersey will be distributed to the schools three days prior to the beginning of the tournament. The schools will have to complete all documentation prior to receiving the jersey.

7. The schools will be responsible for bringing their own cricket kits. Only match ball will be provided by the HCC committee. The match ball will be a white ball and the same quality of ball will be used in all matches.

8. All decision regarding the Hebron Cricket Cup will be made and executed by the Hebron Cricket Cup Committee.

9. The rules and regulations for the tournament will be governed by the By-laws which have been laid down by the Hebron Cricket Cup Committee, which is being attached with the email and a printout of the same will be provided on the day of team meeting.

10. All matches will be umpired by the Siliguri Referees And Umpires Association.

11. The league matches will be held on a mat wicket and the knock-out matches will be played on the turf wicket.

12. The proposed date for team meeting will be notified after registration. The fixture and other details will be discussed in the meeting.

13. In case of any injuries the basic first aid will be provided at the cricket ground. The Committee will provide a full-time ambulance at the school campus and as per the recommendations of the manger and the coach the injured player will be taken to the nearest hospital for further consultation.

14. No Lunch or snacks will be provided at the tournament.
