Safety with SMART tag
HEB uses the SMART tag system to ensure that every bus rider is checked-in and out on the correct bus and stop.
Using the SMART Tag app, parents receive real-time notifications of their student's bus travel, ensuring they remain informed and confident in their child's safety.
Parents or guardians of first graders and younger may designate older siblings or alternate emergency contacts to securely release their child at the bus stop, ensuring a trusted pick-up process.
