Ninth Grade Field Trip
Thank you to all of the parent volunteers for chaperoning. This trip would not be possible without their support and help.
The touring exhibit was Black Cowboys: An American Story with a focus on Texas Black Cowboys.
Novel Connection
Students in Mrs. Marcaccio's class finished reading the novel, GHOST, this week. The story is about a teenager who finds a sense of belonging on a track team. To celebrate the conclusion of the book, the classes headed to the track and had some races of their own! Standout runners were Destiny H., Yaretzi Q., Alan A., Ja'Marrius W., and Liam M.
Ninth Grade Dance
Huge Thank You to our amazing BJH PTA team for truly creating a night to remember for ninth graders.
The DJ and his photo booth were a huge success. It was amazing to see students dressed up and having fun. Students were line dancing, eating pizza and ended the night with the "Time Warp".
