8th Grade United States History

Hello! I am a 28 year veteran teacher here at Hurst Junior High. I started here right out of college as an 8th grade United States History teacher and coach. I coached at HJH for 15 years until I had my own children. I have taught US History for 26 out of the 28 years, I taught 7th Texas History for two years, now I sometimes split 7th Texas History with 8th US History. I started my teaching career at Hurst Junior High, and I hope to finish my career at Hurst Junior High in the next 5 years.
