Signup summary (requirements to participate)

1. Signed permission slip (pdf)

   • Print form from above link (or pick one up from me)

   • Parent/Guardian signs form

   • Return form to Mr. Walloch's room no later than March 3, 2025 OR email a scanned (photo) copy to stephenwalloch@hebisd.edu.

2. After the signed permission slip is received, the student is added to Canvas Course

   • May take up to 24 hours, but typically within 2-3 hours

   • Join the Canvas course and follow the posted instructions

     • Fill out two required Google Forms (links within the Canvas Course). This is required to participate.

     • Use the posted link to join the club Discord
