HEB ISD staff is invited to join the Wellbeing at Work Challenge!
Challenge Guidelines:
Must be an HEB ISD employee to participate.
To join this Wellbeing Challenge, staff MUST OPT-IN to register.
The 6 Week Wellbeing Challenge will begin the week of Monday, January 13, 2025 and ends on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
Prizes will be given out every week. Participants who log their time for the week will have their names put in a drawing for weekly prizes.
Grand Prize for ALL who participate is a Jeans Pass for the whole month of April 2025.
Building/Campus Grand Prize is a Staff Luncheon in May.
Wellbeing at Work Challenge Rules & Details:
The first 1,000 staff members who OPT-IN and participates in the 6 Week Challenge will receive a Free Wellbeing@ Work Cutting Board.
There is no set level of participation. Staff can participate in one or all of the challenges and can participate every day or every other day. You get to decide.
Each Monday morning, participants will receive a Wellbeing Challenge email sharing the new challenge and reminding staff to record their participation in the Wellbeing Challenge Online Tracker.
Weekly participation MUST be recorded by the tracking deadline listed on each challenge to be included in the weekly drawings.
Please note that a FREE CUTTING BOARD is LIMITED for the first 1,000 participants who OPT-IN.
